This activity entitled “Knock Off Back Pain,”featured a team of guest speakers who are certified physical therapists who taught the participants how to deal with back pains through techniques that are both easy and simple.

This activity, held at Room A402, Aditayathorn Building, consisted of a lecture on the causes and effects of back pain and also a workshop session that taught the 33 participants how to perform physical massages and other movements to counteract back pains. These were followed by one-on-one discussions with the participants which allowed them to ask more specific answers regarding questions about back pain and other unique medical conditions.
