The THM Club of MUIC held “Chef Talk” on October 30, 2020 at Charinyarasmi Hall, Aditayathorn Building.
The guest speaker, Mr. Pairoj Kaoropwongchai, is an executive master chef who has experienced working in 5-star hotels in Thailand and abroad.
The event’s MC interviewed Chef Pairoj on various topics including how he became a chef whose expertise is in Thai and Chinese cuisines.
Afterwards, Chef Pairoj conducted a Thai curry paste cooking workshop, drawing much interaction with the participants who were very interested in learning to cook.
There were around 30 participants in the two-hour on-campus activity while there were 25 persons who participated online through Zoom.
