Mahidol University International College’s (MUIC) Volunteer Club held an online volunteer activity on May 17-31, 2021 for students who wish to help those who are affected by the COVID-19 pandemic.

The club reported that a total of 169 students participated in this donation drive.

Aside from spearheading the donation drive, the club was also responsible for drawing up a list of donation recipients while its project partner, the SOS Foundation, took charge of sending the care boxes.

Donors were asked to include instant noodles, canned fish, boxes of milk or juice, tissue paper, and rubbish bags in the care boxes.

The club said the project succeeded in realizing the activity’s primary aim of encouraging MUIC students to help those who are in need during this difficult time.
