All students are encouraged to participate in “Club Exposition” activity, which will be held every trimester during 2nd – 3rd week after the trimester starts. Students will have a chance to meet all clubs and would be able to get the information from clubs that you are interested in. Students can also contact the Office of Student Affairs for additional registration.

  • “Activity Transcript” serves as the activity accomplishment record of students. Both clubs and activities will be recorded in the system with participation details: position, date, trimester, activity title. Students can check their records via the SKY account.
  • In case of an official Activity Transcript required for career application, further education, scholarship or other purposes, students will be able to request for the official Activity Transcript by directly contacting MUIC Student Affairs Office during office hours or submit an online request at MUIC official website here: https://muic.mahidol.ac.th/eng/student-life/club-and-activity-transcript/
  • Please contact staff at MUIC Student Affairs Office at Room 1100, 1st floor, building 1 or send an email to icsa@mahidol.ac.th
  • The office hours of Office of Student Affairs: 8 am. – 5 pm. Monday-Friday (except public holiday and weekend)

Yes, but only in the provided smoking areas due to Mahidol University Policy for non-smoker’s health protection.

The student who smokes outside the provided smoking area will be found in violation of the code of student conduct.

Students can contact staff at MUIC Student Affairs office. Students can park their cars at Adittayathorn building or campus parking 2, 4 or 5.

The student who violates the parking regulations by parking in restricted areas or in an unauthorized manner and has their wheel clamped is obliged to follow the following procedures.

– Present a warning document and a parking ticket to the Office of Student Affairs, MUIC.

– The Office of Student Affairs will provide a letter requesting release.

– A student must bring the letter requesting release (according to No. 2) to a staff at the parking area where your car has been clamped e.g. Division of Physical Systems and Environment, Research Institute for Languages and Cultures of Asia and ASEAN Institute for Health Development to pay 200 Baht fine.

 

Remarks : Violation of the Parking Regulation will result in a disciplinary action and all violations conducted by students will be recorded by the Office of Student Affairs.
