IT / Audio Visual FAQ

It might be due to one of the following reasons:

Case 1: If you got error message “Username not found” or “Invalid username or password.
– Please check your username and password.
           Your username pattern is “uXX80XXX” or “uXX81XXX”
           [Example : “u6280001”]

           Your password is your birthdate in this pattern “YYYYMMDD”
           [Example : If your birthdate on 8th January 2002 your password is “20020108

Case 2: If you got error message “Incorrect captcha. Please try again.

  • Please make sure for key in the verification code is the same as the number that you see.

Note : The captcha is a 4 digit number. Please restart your browser if you cannot load.

Case 3: If you got error message “Email or Password does not match.
– Please make sure that you visit via URL: https://sky.muic.mahidol.ac.th/
