MUIC Student Association, in collaboration with Cheer and Dance Club (cheerleader club, drum major club) and Muay Thai club organized activities online challenge in the theme of “IC STAY IN SHAPE” the activities were on 4-16 May 2020.
There were 89 participants participated in the challenge. “HIIT WORKOUT” by Cheerleader club trained cardio workout 5 steps in 90 sec. “ALPHABET CHALLENGE” by Drum Major club was the exercise pose by the first alphabet of students’ first name.
“BODYCOMBAT” by Muay Thai club conducted ZOOM Live Session which trained basic Stretching, boxing, and body weight in 2 hours. Students who have done all criteria will be recorded on the MUIC Activity Transcript.
