MUIC Staff Hold CSR Event in Kanchanaburi

As part of its commitment to social engagement, Mahidol University International College (MUIC) conducted a corporate social responsibility (CSR) activity dubbed “Building a Dam in Kanchanaburi” at Wattumongju School, Si Sawat District, Kanchanaburi Province on February 22-23, 2019.

The activity was aimed at fostering the spirit of social engagement and encouraging cooperation in both social and environmental responsibilities, at the same time following the  Sufficiency Economy Philosophy of King Rama IX.

The highlight of the event was a short lecture on energy and the environment by Mr. Nikom Sawangha, Director of School and Public Relations Team of Srinakarindra Dam. Staff members from Rajanuruk Learning Center were also present. There were 37 staff members from MUIC who joined this activity.

The CSR event was organized by the Social Engagement Unit, the Human Resources Section, and the Public Communications Section of MUIC.
