To give participants a chance to relax in the middle of the trimester, the Inner Peace Club of Mahidol University International College (MUIC) organized “Sides of Yours,” an online activity that ran during October 3-7, 2022.

Participants were asked to share their own photos on their respective Instagram Stories under themes provided by the club. These included “Memorable Photos,” “Favorite Self-care Routine,” “How do you Cope with Stress?”, “Tricks to have a Good Day,” and “Song that Made your Day.” In the end, this activity received a total of 82 participants who posted their photos in at least 3 out of 5 themes.

The club said in a statement that “Our Inner Peace committee set these themes in order for all participants to remind themselves back to what they have done, what makes them happy. We hoped that good memories in the past will bring happiness again. This activity amplifies happiness as participants are able to share and see each other's photos. Nevertheless, every human being faces both positive and negative experiences in life, so themes about stress-coping or everyday tricks help society create healthier lifestyles.”
