Communication Design and Media and Communication

The Bachelor of Communication Arts in Media and Communication (International Program) is a four-year academic program offered at Mahidol University International College (MUIC). The program requires no less than 160 credits to complete. The curriculum is taught entirely in English.
Rooted in an outcome-based education and utilizing a learning-centered educational philosophy, the program integrates constructivist teaching methods to help students in the field of media and communication reach their full potential. The degree is specifically designed to equip students with the necessary skills and mindset to navigate and thrive in the dynamic and ever-evolving landscape of media and communication.
The revised curriculum (B.E. 2568) is structured to adapt to the global shift towards digital formats and the convergence of distribution platforms. Students may choose from two distinct tracks within the major requirements: Content Creation or Integrated Media Communication

• Focus on 21st-Century Skills: The program emphasizes developing proficiency in key areas such as content creation and strategic planning to help students navigate digital disruption effectively.

The central goal of the program is to equip students with essential 21st-century skills necessary to navigate the ever-changing landscape of digital disruption. By the end of the program, students are expected to achieve proficiency in areas such as content creation and strategic planning. These skills are intended to prepare them for employment opportunities both locally and internationally. Additionally, graduates are encouraged to cultivate a lifelong learning mindset
