Successfully Graduating from Medical School Abroad as Described by BioSci Alumna

A Mahidol University International College (MUIC) alumna who is now a medical doctor was the guest speaker in the BioSci Alumni In-Focus Talk Session held on August 13, 2019 at Aditayathorn Building.

Dr. Boonyanuth Maturostrakul graduated from St. George’s University School of Medicine (SGU) in 2017 and from MUIC’s Biological Science program in 2013.

Dr. Boonyanuth has the distinction of graduating with a dual-degree from MUIC and SGU, thus, the experiences she shared about the time when she was still a student at MUIC and how she applied for SGU were indeed valuable.

Many students who are interested in becoming a physician attended the talk session. Also gracing the event was Assoc. Prof. Dr. Chulathida Chomchai, MUIC Dean and a medical doctor herself.

Aside from inspiring students who are seriously considering entering medical school, the alumni talk also gave them an opportunity to learn more about SGU’s School of Medicine.
