Cheese lovers had a field day at the “Take it Cheesy!” workshop hosted by the THM Club on February 3, 2023 at Charinyarasami Hall in Aditayathorn Building.
The guest speaker, Mr. Thomas Le Goff, who is a well-experienced chef from France specializing in cheese, regaled the 56 students who participated in the workshop with information about the unique characteristics of, and processing methods for, different types of cheese—whether it is soft or hard and also the diverse pairings involved. The participants also had the chance to taste the various types of cheese on display.
